       Have you noticed all the activity next door?   Laughing Wolf Agility has been holding dog agility classes on our premises.   Be sure to click on the link to check out how much fun is waiting for you and your dog.
       Cheri, our groomer, is doing a great job!   Nearly 100% of her grooming customers have been satisfied and are returning for more grooming services.  Call Cheri at 314-952-2471 to inquire or schedule an appointment.  She does the grooming here at our facility.

      Be sure to stop by and enter out monthly drawing celebrating our 30 year anniversary.   Dr. Warmbrodt started the hospital in January of 1979 in the old part of House Springs,  moved to our current location in 1989.  We appreciate the community support through all those years.

      Activity at the on-line store/pharmacy is strong.  We appreciate everyone that has visited and opened an account.  We're glad folks are able to take advantage of the at-home delivery.
      We've started another, separate, on-line service this week.  It's called "Pet Portals".  Click on the Pet Portals button at the home page for more information.  All you have to do to get started is provide us your email address, we'll set your Pet Portal up and send a login password for your Pet Portal.
     Here's a short list of Pet Portal features.........
.......ability to view each pet's vaccination and prescription record
.......ability to view each pet's vaccination reminders
.......ability to communicate with our office, to request appointments, 
       request drug and diet refills,  ask questions, and more
.......Pet Portal id card for each pet
.......set up your own medication reminders, to receive via email
.......ability to create "Pet Notes"... detailed pet care notes to leave with
       kennel staff or your pet-sitter

    We've recently switched to using the Home Again brand of microchip.  The cost of the microchip includes implanting the chip and the first year membership with Home Again.  Select the Home Again link under the links to to be directed to their website for further information.  Or give us a call if you want to learn more. 
    Pets that have been implanted with the Avid chip are still eligible for membership with Home Again.
